Instead of ending each day exhausted, frustrated, or bracing yourself for another difficult evening, you’ll have a clear, loving bedtime routine that helps your child feel secure and ready for sleep. Your child will know what to expect, and you’ll approach the evening with greater confidence, calmness, and connection. Through four personalized coaching sessions, we’ll work together to understand what is making bedtime difficult and create realistic, sustainable changes that fit your child’s temperament, developmental needs, and your family’s values and routines. Whether bedtime currently feels chaotic, emotional, drawn out, or filled with power struggles, this coaching plan will help you move toward evenings that feel steadier, more connected, and more restful for everyone. Along the way, you’ll receive individualized guidance, practical strategies, and compassionate encouragement, as well as between-session voice-note support when questions or challenges arise. After each session, you’ll receive a clear email summary with personalized next-step suggestions so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
